VINCE NAUSS
Was was appointed President of Baseball Chapel on December 7, 1995 after serving for two years on the Board of Directors. He is an ordained minister who spent the first part of his career in baseball management after earning a degree in Sports Administration in 1980. Vince has worked for the Amarillo Gold Sox (Texas League), Major League Baseball and as Publicity Director for the Philadelphia Phillies.

ROB CROSE
Has handled ministry operations since 2004. He created and maintains the Baseball Chapel website and manages various operations of the ministry. He earned degrees in Religious Education and Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is a licensed minister. Rob also serves as a Chapel Leader in Idaho Falls.

CALI MAGALLANES
Began assisting Baseball Chapel in 2001 and is responsible for all ministry in Mexico and Nicaragua. He graduated from the Master's Bible College with a Bachelors in Biblical Studies and was ordained in 1995. Cali also serves as the Chapel Minister to the New York Mets.

GIO LLERENA
Has handled a variety of responsibilities since 2005 including all ministry in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. He also oversees approximately half of the Major League chapel leaders. He spent four years as a Youth Pastor and Spanish Minister and is ordained. Holds a degree in Business from Clearwater Christian College. Gio also serves as the Chapel Minister to the Tampa Bay Rays.

STEVE SISCO
Is responsible for the recruiting and training of the team chapel leaders. He played professional baseball from 1992-2001 prior to entering ministry as Minister to Students at Urbancrest Baptist Church where he was ordained. Steve also serves as the Chapel Leader to the Cincinnati Reds.

PART TIME STAFF
JESUS CELAYA coordinates effort to recruit Spanish-speaking Chapel Leaders for Spring Training Camps located in Arizona.
LISA WESTON AND COLLEEN ENDRES coordinate the Women's and Children's ministry throughout the Major and Minor Leagues.
MARIANNE D'ALONZO is the Office Administrator.
Baseball Chapel Board of Directors
DON CHRISTENSEN
serves as Treasurer and was elected to the board in 2000 and is a Partner with Ronald Blue and Company.
GREG GROH
was elected to the board in 1997 and is President of an organization which trains leaders
around the world.
DAVE HOWARD
was elected to the board in 1996 and is Vice President, Business and General Counsel for
the New York Mets.
VINCE NAUSS
joined the board in 1993 and serves as the President. He has worked for the Baseball
Commissioner's Office and the Phillies.
WALT WILEY
has served as a member of the Board since 1993. He is President of Winning
With Encouragement and is former chapel leader with the Atlanta Braves.
In Memorium
WATSON SPOELSTRA
led the ministry from its inception in 1973 until 1982. He was presented with the
Commissioner's Trophy by Bowie Kuhn at the 1982 World Series to mark his contribution to
baseball. "Waddy" went to his heavenly home on July 20, 1999 at the age of 89.
DAVE SWANSON
served as Baseball Chapel's Executive Director after Watson Spoelstra retired until 1995
when he suffered a stroke. Dave went home to the Lord on February 11, 2001 at the age of
74.
